Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you for this contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. Reimbursement uses the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We charge no reimbursement fees.

If you expressly requested the service to start during the withdrawal period, subject to the statutory conditions you must pay a reasonable amount for the service supplied until we receive your withdrawal, proportional to the service already supplied compared with the full agreed scope. Where permitted, that amount may be taken into account in the reimbursement.

For Fiftis, continuously provided Premium access is calculated proportionally by time: EUR 2.00 multiplied by the time supplied until receipt of withdrawal, divided by the actual total duration of the first billing month. No flat monthly or setup charge is retained upon withdrawal. If the total price is excessive, the market value of the supplied service is used. No proportional charge is due if the express request or legally required information was missing.

Premium is an ongoing digital service. Activation or initial use alone does not end the withdrawal right. Loss of that right through complete performance requires the statutory conditions. Effective withdrawal ends the affected Premium contract; statutory rights concerning submitted content and personal data remain unaffected.

Online withdrawal

Use ‘Withdraw from contract’ to enter and review your declaration without signing in, then submit it using ‘Confirm withdrawal’. After successful storage, a saveable receipt records your declaration, date and time. A confirmation is also sent by email. Other valid submission methods remain available. Contract identification and any refund are processed separately.

Withdrawal and ordinary cancellation

Withdrawal concerns the statutory right after contract formation. Separately, an ongoing subscription may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid billing period. Neither cancellation nor withdrawal requires account deletion.
