Subscription consumer information

This overview forms part of the pre-contract information and must be available before a binding order. Essential features, price and term must additionally be highlighted immediately before the paid order.

Service

Fiftis Premium: a digital service for online group polls.

Features

Up to ten options per Premium poll, availability during paid access, closing/reopening voting, CSV export, duplication and a results email on closing.

Total price

Intended: EUR 2.00 per billing month, including any applicable taxes. No setup or Fiftis transaction fees. International tax implementation is still pending.

Billing

Monthly in advance through Stripe, using the methods displayed at final checkout. No delivery charges or deposit.

Term

Indefinite subscription, automatically renewing for one billing month at a time. Initial commitment: one paid billing month. No longer minimum term.

Cancellation

At any time, effective at the end of the current paid billing period, without an additional notice period. Notice must be received before that period ends; the specific date is shown in your account. Use subscription management in your profile or an unambiguous statement to the provider, such as email.

Activation

This offer starts immediately after confirmed payment. A separate express request for early performance is required before ordering. Without it, no order is sent to Stripe. The right of withdrawal remains in place.

Withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days from contract formation. A proportional charge for early performance requires the legally required information and an express request.

End of access

Older Premium polls become unavailable when access ends. At most, the original 24-hour window remains. A new subscription does not restore expired rounds. Export CSV results beforehand.

Statutory remedies

Statutory rights concerning digital services apply. Necessary functional and security updates are provided during the agreed supply period. No additional voluntary guarantee is offered.

Technical requirements

An up-to-date browser with JavaScript, cookies and local storage; an internet connection for accounts, online polls and payments. CSV files can be opened with suitable spreadsheet software. Offline features require browser support for IndexedDB, cache and service workers, plus initial online preparation.

Contract language

German or English, as selected when ordering.

Contract storage

Confirmation including the contract content and text version is intended to be sent by email on a durable medium. The website displays the current text; permanent retrieval of older contracts through your account is not promised. Confirmation delivery still needs implementation.
